Students of all grades at Warren Hills Regional High School are looking forward to the last two months of school so they can put away homework, such as the math problems pictured here, and dive into some summer fun. The last several weeks of school will entail state testing for freshmen and juniors the week of May 15, Advanced Placement course exams May 1-12 and final exams for all grades June 1-7. Still, the closing weeks of school also offer occasional entertaining events to add fun into springtime. “I am excited for summer,” said sophomore Adriana Sciortino. “It’s been a long year and I am looking forward to spending time down the shore and with my friends.” Other students are looking forward to events in the last few weeks of school, such as the Spring Choral Concert May 3, Spring Band Concert May 10, Underclassmen Awards Ceremony May 30, Senior Prom June 2, and the Class of 2023 graduation ceremony June 9. The Idea of summer break is also encouraging for Warren Hills adults, as many teachers admit. (Photo by Leyna Stagg)
