Madisen Snyder, Layout Editor
Madisen Snyder is a senior at Warren Hills Regional High School and the Layout Editor for The Streak. She joined Journalism her junior year, and loved it so much that she had to come back the next year. Working with layout for the newspaper helped Madisen discover her love of graphic design. She has a keen eye for detail and loves making things look visually appealing. Being personally involved in the newspaper’s development and being able to hold all that hard work in her hands is one of her favorite feelings. Along with writing for the school newspaper, Madisen is also a member of color guard for the Warren Hills Marching Band. She loves reading and writing, and dreams of becoming a published author. Throughout high school, she has written several poems, short stories, and has even started writing a book. She has taken almost all writing classes the school has to offer which continues to help improve her writing skills. Outside of school, besides reading and writing, you can find Madisen either sleeping like it’s her religion, making stickers (which aren’t really stickers), or working on her never-ending collage wall. And when it comes to hanging out with her friends, her favorite activities include staying in and watching TV, crushing her boyfriend in Monopoly (not really), or going on long drives while listening to music. She dreams of travelling the world with her two favorite people, and making memories that she’ll never forget.
