Layla Tomasula, Staff Reporter
Layla Tomasula is a senior at Warren Hills Regional High School. This is her first year writing for The Streak, and she could not be more excited. She has always had a passion for writing and decided to try out Journalism. She hopes to cover new stories and write about topics not previously talked about.
Tomasula is committed to exceeding her expectations for herself. She strives for success and will not let anything block her path. She has been a consistent attendee on the Honor Roll list and prides herself on dedication and hard work. She loves being a part of Theater Arts as well; hanging out with her peers, doing imaginary plays, and laughing with one another make the class interesting and enjoyable. For her future, Tomasula plans on entering the writing field, possibly going into creative writing or magazine editing and/or writing.
Out of school, Tomasula collects crystals. She has a wide array of different rocks, and she loves buying new ones. She loves how the crystal community maintains an open mind and can discuss odd topics about life. She also loves being at home with her family and relaxing in her bed. She has two brothers, Anthony, 11, and Dominic, 7. Tomasula hopes to learn new skills from Journalism that she can use in her future.
