David Mojak, Staff Reporter
David Mojak is a senior at Warren Hills Regional High School and is currently enrolled in Journalism I. He began taking this class because he hopes to improve his writing skills. He didn’t find out about Journalism until last year, when his friend Katherin Marino introduced him to the newspapers the students had produced. He was intrigued and wanted to sign up for the course because it appeared to be fascinating, but he would have to wait until his senior year because it was already too late for him to switch courses. He considers himself a computer addict who enjoys spending most of his time looking at a screen. He enjoys playing with his cat, Mr. Whiskers, when he has free time. He sees himself as a reserved individual who only opens up with others after getting to know them. After graduating from high school, Mojak intends to spend two years at Raritan Valley Community College majoring in Computer Science with a minor in Music before transferring over to a four-year university. He aspires to become a computer engineer after graduating from university. Future support for his parents is something he hopes to be capable of providing. He enjoys listening to music; his favorite artists include Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston and Ne-Yo (all have great music, he says, that you should listen to). Last but not least, he is excited to be a part of Journalism and hopes to experience an amazing year and make great memories.
