Warren Hills Fine Arts students experienced their last art show of the year March 26 at the annual Wallkill Valley Invitational. Abby Savage, who made “Light in a Dark Place: pencil” (left photo), won third place in the Drawing & Illustration/B+W category. She earned a pre-college scholarship program to The Savannah College of Art and Design, a private school with locations in Georgia and France. Avery Nixon, who created “Quarantine Birthday Wrap-up: colored pencil” (right photo), won a $20,000 scholarship to the Montserrat College of Art’s Bachelor of Fine Arts program in Massachusetts
