On November 6, 2020, the annual crowning ceremony of the Homecoming Queen and King took place during halftime at the Warren Hills vs Belvidere football game. Every year ten individuals are nominated by the faculty at Warren Hills Regional High School. Out of those ten students, five girls and five boys, one girl is chosen for queen and one boy is chosen for king. The nominations are based on who the faculty thinks exemplifies what it means to be a Blue Streaks, in and out of the classroom. The week before the football game, voting opened up for students and faculty to vote for one boy and one girl. This year the homecoming court included Simryn Desai, Hannah DeVoe, Meghan Dufner, Emily Gilligan, and Emma Mele for queen, and for king Robert Delghiaccio, Michael Fama, Tucker Gabrich, Walker Heller, and Eric Paruta. Pictured above are the winners of this year’s Homecoming Queen and King, Meghan Dufner and Eric Paruta.
