Brittany Church, a Warren Hills parent, participates from home at the high school’s first virtual Back-to School Night Thursday, Oct. 1. Due to COVID-19 concerns, parents met their students’ teachers on the Internet through Google Meet hookups. For the most part, it was a smooth night with no major struggles with the computer or the internet, although some participants complained that virtual school and this event were difficult because of confusing or unfamiliar technology. A participant in the Back-to-School Night said, “It was a good time being able to meet some of my daughter’s teachers even if it was through a screen.
