The Streak

Phoebe Sessler
Phoebe Sessler is a first year journalism student and staff reporter on The Streak. She is an active member in her favorite clubs as an executive member of S.A.V.E (Students Against Vandalizing the Earth) and vice president of Girl Up. She also plays bass guitar in Marching Band. Besides juggling her clubs, she waitresses and loves to spend time with her close friends and family, especially her younger brother. When she is not studying or working, she can be found curating outfits, working on short films, and writing poetry, but she also enjoys fiction and hopes to explore journalistic writing style this year with the newspaper. After high school, she plans to attend a four-year college, hopefully in upstate New York or New England, to major in Communications with a minor in Gender and Sexuality Studies. She is determined to build a strong occupational foundation before eventually working for, or starting, a nonprofit; her goal is to just help as many people as possible.
